The golden victories achieved by the martyr Qassem Soleimani in Iraq included his military consultations and logistical support for the Iraqi army and the Popular Mobilization Forces in regaining Jurf al-Sakhar in the outskirts of the holy city of Karbala and preventing the fall of Erbil province in Iraqi Kurdistan in the war against ISIS.
Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajzadeh, Commander of the Air Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, stated in this regard: “If the Iraqi army and the Iraqi people needed help, Iran could provide assistance by all means. Without Iran's help, ISIS would have occupied Iraqi Kurdistan, I must say that the General Soleimani with his 70 comrades stopped the advance of ISIS terrorists towards Erbil.”
The martyr "Qassem Soleimani" joined the Iranian Revolutionary Guard in 1357 (Persian Calender) and gained great experience during the Iran-Iraq war and in the Kurdistan war.
